- Sponsorship data: company name, billing details, GSTIN, authorised signatory information, and brand assets.
- Payment-related information: transaction references and billing records (card or UPI details are processed by our payment gateway and not stored by us in full).
- Communications: messages sent through contact forms, email, WhatsApp, or event enquiries.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, and general location derived from IP.
- Usage data such as pages visited, referral source, session duration, and interaction events.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 9.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Payment confirmation and fraud-prevention signals from Razorpay or other authorised processors.
- Publicly available information used for verification of nominations or due diligence.
- Referrals or introductions provided by partners with your consent.
